We wish to introduce ourselves as “Em-G-Em Engineering & Consultants Pvt.Ltd.”, a Company dedicated to the services of Heavy duty Diesel/Gas Engine based Power Plants.
We represent JFE Engineering Corporation, Japan for their heavy duty diesel & gas engines and also for waste heat recovery power plants.
The Company was formed in 1988 by a group of Engineers having marine background, with head office in Mumbai & Branch at Kochi.
As such we are catering to the needs of many reputed customers in India in the field of engine maintenance. We provide services for routine, scheduled maintenance as well as for break down maintenance of large diesel engines like SEMT-Pielstick, MAN B & W, Sulzer, Wartsila, Niigata, Fuji, Duetz etc.
We undertake repair and re-conditioning of various components like connecting rods (correcting ovality of big end bore), repair of cylinder heads (re-building of burnt valve seat pockets, repair of valve cages) etc. Supply non-critical spare items like gaskets, “O” rings, expansion bellows, mechanical seals as per sample or drawing.
We have a set up for re-conditioning of fuel injector nozzles using specially imported re-conditioning machine, which is being used on a regular basis by many customers.
Apart from engine service, we also undertake overhauling and repair of turbochargers, fuel oil and lub oil purifiers etc.
At present we are undertaking operation & maintenance of 15MW Niigata Engine based Power Plant at M/s.Mandovi Pellets Ltd. Goa, 8MW Fuji based Power Plant at M/s.Meta Copper & Alloys Ltd, Goa, 13MW Fuji based Power Plant at M/s. Reliance Industries Ltd., Mumbai, and 59.5 MW Power plant at M/s.Tata Motors Ltd., Pune in three locations.
We have installed 5.4MW DG set at M/s.Shaifali Steels, Ahmedabad and are supplying power on rental basis.
Our latest product is fuel oil blending unit, which is used for blending of heavy fuel and LDO at various proportions. This oil can be used as an alternative fuel instead of MDO at a much reduced cost.
We also supply Exhaust Gas silencers, Jacket Water heating Modules, Accumulator (Vibration Damper), Hydrophore Unit etc. as per customer requirement.
We have a work force of 150 engineers and technicians on the move all over India.

We represent M/s. Separator Spares International Ltd, UK for Separator Parts.
We represent M/s. Soon On & Company Pte. Ltd., Singapore for Highly reliable Temperature & Pressure Gauges.
We also represent M/s.Sanwa Commercial Company Limited, Japan who are suppliers for all Japanese manufactured equipments and spares used in marine industry.
From 1999 we have started supplying imported spare parts for various machineries especially for different makes of diesel generating sets as per the specific requirements of the customers.
