Complete Engineering, design, erection and commissioning of 3 Nos. 9L58/64 MAN B&W
(30 MW) engines. We have commissioned 2 sets.

2. M/s. Great Offshore Ltd. :
Re-vamping of 12V27.5G Fuji port main engine in Malaviya-34, Dubai. After major break down damaging Crank Shaft and Crank Case.
3. M/s. Haditha Power Plant, Iraq :
Erection, assembling and commissioning of 5 x 18 PC 42B Pielstick engines.
4. M/s. ATE Power Plant, Saudi Arabia :
Erection & Commissioning of 14PAV280 Pielstick engine.
Domestic Projects:
1. M/s. Tata Motors Limited, Pune :
4 Nos, Fuji Engines of 2.5 MW capacity each was shifted from Tata Motors, Jamshedpur to Tata Motors, Pune on turn key basis. Complete project including all Mechanical and Electrical jobs completed in stipulated 6 months period. The project was completed in 2003. After commissioning O&M of complete power plant of 25MW being undertaken by us till date.

2. M/s. Shah Alloys Ltd:
Erection and commissioning of 7 MW Sulzer engine shifted from Alang ship
breaking yard. Our consultant was Medium Diesel Service, Poland. Scope included
complete Engineering, selection of Alternator, Torsional vibration analysis etc.
Completed successfully in June 2005.

3. M/s. J.K.Cement Limited, Rajasthan:
Complete overhauling and erection of 2 Nos 16ZV40/48 (7MW) & 1 No. 12V40/48 (4MW) Sulzer DG set and 1 No.16RBVM540 (5MW) Deutz DG set all removed from scrapped ship. Above job carried out during 2000 to 2003 period.

4. M/s. Manaksia Ltd. :
Erection & commissioning of 2 Nos. 12VH32 Fuji engines of capacity 4.15
MW each . These engines were completely damaged due to fire accident at
Vikram Cement earlier. Completed successfully in Feb 2006.

Dec 2005. After commissioning, plant is being operated & maintained by us.

7. M/s. Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd. (Veraval) :
Shifting and erection of 3 Nos. Fuji Engines from M/s. Rajshree Cement
(Gulburga) to M/s. Indian Rayon, Veraval site. Completed successfully in Nov 2005.
After commissioning plant is being operated & maintained by us.

8. M/s. Shaifali Steels Ltd., Ahmedabad :
We have shifted and installed 5.4MW Fuji DG set from Hindustan Zinc, Debari. The engine had met with major breakdown of crankshaft at Hindustan Zinc. The damaged engine was purchased by us, completely re-vamped and commissioned in Feb 2007. We are owning the power plant and supplying power to Shaifali Steel.

9. M/s. Meta Copper & Alloys Ltd. (Goa) :
Shifting and re-erection of 2 nos. 12VH32 Fuji DG set from M/s. Kesoram Cement, Karim Nagar to M/s. Meta Copper & Alloys Ltd. Goa. The project sucessfully completed in January, 2007 and we are operating & maintaining the power plant.

Erection & commissioning of 6.3MW G16CM34 Catterpillar make Gas engine including electrical. The project successfully commissioned in June 2007.

11.M/s. Birla Plus Cement (Dadri):
Shifting and re-erection of 2 nos. Wartsila DG set on turn-key basis which is now under
progress. Work includes Shifting of 1x18V32 (6MW) Wartsila DG set from Hirmi and
1x16V32 (5.4MW) Wartsila DG set from Gulburga to Dadri, complete Engineering,
arrangement of licenses, design of tanks, chimney, foundation etc. Commissioning done in Feb 2008
