We undertake repair and Re-conditioning of various components like connecting rods (Correcting ovality of big end bore), Repair of valve cages, repair of cylinder heads (Re-building of burnt valve pockets, Repair of landing area) etc. Supply non-critical spare items like Gaskets, "O" Rings, Expansion Bellows, Mechanical Seals, Brass Bushes, Valve guides, Valve rotators, Split cams, Valve Tappets, Rollers etc, as per sample or drawing.

We have a set up for re-conditioning of fuel injector nozzles in specially imported re-condtioning machine, which is being used on a regular basis by many customers.

Apart from engine service, we also undertake overhauling and repair of turbochargers, fuel oil and lub oil purifiers etc. We have personnel trained in Japan and Finland for attending above jobs. We have about 60 qualified service staff in our firm.

Our associate company M/s Kochi Castings & Manufacturings (P) Ltd has got the facility for Ferrous and Non Ferrous castings and also a well equipped machine shop.

We can manufacture and supply fuel oil blending units to blend HFO & HSD so that engines can be operated at lower fuel cost.

Our latest product is fuel conditioner which can reduce sludge content in fuel by mechanically changing the fuel structure which will result in enormous cost savings.
